My Goal for May: Complete The Comrades Marathon within the 12 hour cut-off time was successfully achieved.
I ran a total of 232km in the month of May, did 5 races and therefore got 5 medals, 4 t-shirts and 1 neck warmer. I also raised almost R5500 for The Starfish Foundation.
June was definitely a month of Rest and Recovery and looks so sad (in comparison) with only just making 56km in 8 outings. No races therefore no medals nor t-shirts.
I did manage 6 Pilates classes and one great bootcamp with Natasha at the gym.
Year To Date: 1326 kilometers run
Goal for July: Gentle increase in mileage to 120km including 2 road races and two trail runs.

Like the new look of the blog! I hope to have a good July with about 330km. At least I don't really feel the cold anymore but it looks like a cold month ahead...colder than last year I think.
May was a really big month so you needed June for R&R. You're having a great year Staci!
