My right knee is still taking strain from my looooong run. I took it real easy yesterday and even had a leg massage. This morning I swam 20 lengths and did a stretch-yoga class. Both of these have helped this morning and I will spend the rest of day actively lifting my feet as I walk around barefoot.

Hey, I’m a winner!:) Thanks Staci! Just take it easy this week. You took a big step up from marathon to 60km on a very tough 60km course. Remember, we get stronger during rest and recovery. I’ve taken two days off running myself and will do an easy recovery run tomorrow morning.
