I haven't written a blog post in a long while. Partly because I haven't been running and the other part, because I have felt like i haven't got much to say.
But in the last 6 weeks, I have had an interaction with a couple of people who has read my blog and read up on race reports and been in touch. It made me realise that my 'ramblings' were useful even if i didn't see when or to whom or why.
Then today, I got a mail confirming my race entry into the inaugural The OxPecker Trail Run. (Entries close at the end of the month or when the limit is reached). Spoen Green, the organiser, noticed my email address and went to check out my blog. The important thing is that he took the time to write to me and comment.
So, I realise now that even if I am not aware of it, people get value from what I do and what I write and so I will endeavor to 'add value' on a more regular basis.
