I ran 6km on the Armstrong Route at RWFL wearing my Sauconys.
When I got back to the school I ran the inside circuit of 400m, three times wearing my Barefoot Shoes (BFS). I had no pain in my left foot!!
Took is slowly as it felt quite heavy and took a bit of getting used to. I still need to work out how tight to tie the laces. I imagine that I will use the slip-on style rather than the toga style (both are shown in the picture). I could feel the knot between my toes but it didn't bother me. Looking forward to a longer run tomorrow but am following the advice of all barefoot runners to take it slow and easy.
